On occasion of the UNICEF „Kids welcome day“ the city of Cologne is hosting an own kids day. This year we met some other parents from Asuka-Lenas playgroup there. We started eating some crêpes and then Asuka-Lena and her „sandbox-boyfriend“ got some time to stroll the area. We also came across a stage where kids have been taught to dance to children music by professional instructors. Asuka-Lena was immediately on her to the stage and started dancing with all the other kids.

Ausflug nach / Excursion to Herrenstrunden
Kumachan Kumachan, Teufelchen, Zornröschen Ausflug, Track 0 Comments
Today we took the train to Bergisch Gladbach. From there on we followed the Geo Trail with our bicycles to the spring of the Strunde creek. This creek was once known as Germanys most hard working creek as over the centuries round about 35 mills have built along the 20 km long creek. Even today one can witness the industrial heritage of most of the mills. From the spring on we travelled along the creek back to Bergisch Gladbach and finally arrived back in Cologne where the Strunde creek meets river Rhine.
